Definitions of Detoxification

Detoxification / Detox is a self-cleaning action by removing the excess accumulation of waste and toxins that have accumulated in the body for years. Toxins in our bodies, mostly from the Food and Beverage (ie preservatives, food color, junk foods, foods that are too fatty or too much sugar, alcohol, caffeine), cigarettes, air pollution, pesticides, and other - that is synonymous with style unhealthy living.
Actually, every day our bodies are already doing on a regular basis and the process of natural detoxification, namely through urine and feces. In addition, the body also has completed a set of 'organ of detox' sophisticated, which function to remove toxins, including:
1. HEARTS Has two functions, as a regulator of metabolism and also as an organ of detoxification. Heart of duty filter material - toxic materials that enter the body through food or the environment and transform it into a form that can be used by the body, store it, or throw it away to prevent poisoning. Liver is in charge of the handle alcohol, drugs, toxins, and the caffeine to enter the body and turn it into a form that can be discarded by the body.

2. KIDNEY Residual filtering toxins from the blood and threw it in the form of urine. Kidneys are also responsible for maintaining fluid in the body in order to be in the proper amount and adjust the balance of potassium and sodium in the body so that fluid flowing properly. If the blood contains too many toxins and waste, the kidneys have to work hard. When kidneys do not optimally perform its duties, the body becomes sluggish, lethargic, and easily hurt.
3. Lymph nodes This system acts as a 'disposal facility' for the body. Lymph fluid, which is produced by the lymph nodes in various parts of the body will absorb the dead cells, excess fluid and other waste products and bring it to the lymph nodes-nodes. Here the material remaining on the filter and finally inserted into the blood to be poured into a disposal system: skin, liver or kidney to remove from the body.
4. LEATHER An organ of the most widespread and serve many important functions in the body. The skin becomes a clue about what happens in the body. Pale skin, glowing, fresh or yellow be an indication of the condition of our body. As the organ removal, although not as important as the liver, kidney, or lymph nodes, but the skin with a semi-permeable nature serves as a 'riddle' in charge of issuing large amounts of waste products from the body through sweat. If other disposal disturbed organ function, skin health would be disrupted
5. Pulmonary - Lungs Is an organ of respiration (breathing), which transports oxygen into the body and release carbon dioxide with compounds impurities and toxins from the body.
However, although the body has had a series of detoxification organs, if any one of them who do not work perfectly - for example because of stress so that efficiency is interrupted or when a toxic waste into more than able to be excluded - hence the work function of the organ detoxification will slow down, and discharge of toxic balance would be disrupted.
Therefore, it is recommended to routinely perform 'extra effort' of the detoxification program that will restore the function and control the body's natural balance and keeps the body healthy again by the way: 1. Fast 2. Yoga 3. Set a better diet (The three ways this can be done independently - one by one - or all three combined to obtain a more optimal result).
